I'm on Tamoxifen and se seem to come in cycles. Joint pain, nausea, blurred vision, hot flashes, and mood swings. I keep getting told hang in there so, I've just decided this is my new normal for a while.

So glad to get this news. Had fibromyalgia that I attributed the deep bone aches and joint pain to (new after taking Tamoxifen). Couldn't tolerate Arimidex for even one week-- wish I could, seeing the reduction in re-occurance is greater with Arimidex. Now must embrace the hot flashes, mood swings and more aches and pains. Anybody find they could do Arimidex after some time on Tamoxifen? It's been almost a year with Tamoxifen. Hurray! So far so good.
