NYC meeting!

Yesterday I met Marianna! She came up from Orlando, and she and Toni (her partner) met me in Little Italy for sweets. It was wonderful meeting her, and talking. Anyone else coming to the Big Apple?
Farla dx 8/09, R double lumpectomy, invasive mixed DCIS/LCIS ER + PR + Her - 1/3 Sentinel pos. 1/15 nodes pos Stage 2A Grade 2, Nottingham 6 chemo A/C x4, Taxol x 4 started 9/21/09 DONE!!! femara started 2/5/10 rads 2/8/10 DONE!!! Now - osteoporosis? Vit D, calcium, and a baby aspirin to boot!

I actually live on Long Island in Riverhead. I believe Annette Moccia also lives on LI, I think in Deer Park. It would be great if we could get together.

We have a house in Mattituck!!!! We are there many weekends. I actually live in Great Neck - near the border with Queens. This summer has to be a get together!!!!

Mattituck is 12 minutes from where I live!! In fact, my daughter and son-in-law live in Mattituck. I would love to meet up with you some time during the summer. I am sure there are others here who live on LI and it would be great if we could all get together.

Actually I prefer the mid week, Annette. Toni - what is your schedule? We can meet in Deer Park - I am in Great Neck mid week, but I may be in Mattituck from June 26th on, or not, depending on the kid's schedules. Now that they are bigger, their summer jobs are important, and we can't just leave.

Mid week works for me as well and meeting in Deer Park is fine with me. Throw out some dates and let's see what works for the three of us.
