Oh a holiday on the beach sounds wonderful! Not so sure of the puking while fishing though! LOl Tricia nice to have a few days that is different from the usual. Didn't really expect anyone to have been to a park for handicapped kids....this is the only one in the world built by a wealthy man in honor of his Daughter. Would be nice for Disney to incorporate some of these ideas into their parks. Hoping you all have a good day!

Hi Ladies,

Wow, trying to catch up once again. Been very busy the past couple of weeks. Work and then last weekend went to Ft. Myers FL for a dog show. Fabulous weekend.. Colt was winners dog and best of breed both days and also got a bred by exhibitor group 1 on Sunday. Great time with good friends. Very long drive.. 6 hours home. About 40 miles outside of Jax we ran into the Tropical Storm Beryl. big winds... and one bridge had been closed already. made it home about 10:30.
Brought home an extra passenger. Beautiful Golden Retriever we have named Ashley. She is 2 yrs old and has been a show dog but she hates to show. Hubby has been wanting one for a long time. She is settling in the household nicely. Oldest son was home last weekend as well. Got to visit with him Monday.
I told him I was going to cancel going to the show but he insisted that I go.
Busy week at work... Sharks game tonight and not sure about tomorrow. Hubby is a bit under the weather so prob not much.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Grace well done on winning and I love golden retrievers and Ashley sounds gorgous and I'm sure will give you lots of happy times!:)

My daily joy is my son will be arriving on the 22nd here for the weekend and taking us all out for a meal, unfortunatly Una won't be with him this time as he's catching up with some friends from Uni but we'll be visiting them in Edinburgh next month so lots of things to look forward to:)

Tricia, I'm sorry that Ian is not bringing the family this time. But sometimes it's nice just to have time with your children, so I'm sure you'll all have a lovely dinner.

I am not feeling very joyful lately, and rather than be a downer, I've just not been posting a lot. There is nothing terribly wrong--just small things that I'd rather not have to think about. So I'm going to get off the "Joy" page before I ruin the ambience! Love to you all.
