My joy was just quietly celebrating March 6 as the forth year of diagnosis. Today I got in the car -the roads were clear, no snow, beautiful sun and just drove. It felt so freeing because I did not feel the tension of the last few years. Never thought it would get any better. It was a good day Frances

Sunshine in March and 50 degrees here in Michigan. Knowing that warm weather is just around the corner! Seeing what snow we have is what's left at the edge of the parking lots and along side of the road or on the shady sides of buildings. Sending in my golf league registration after missing out last year. Having a new partner for league, my daughter Nina. Knowing I've had my last Mugga test. Only 4 more Herceptin treatments (two more than I had thought but oh well!) Going to get the mail downtown and not needing my coat or my gloves!!

What a great thread !! I am happy today. As I think over my last year, my life is not so bad even with the bumps in the road. Today is my 2nd day back to work full time. I am happy to see all my co workers again and be part of the team. I am thrilled that both my son's are back on US soil from Iraq and Afghanistan and that my oldest is just a few hours away from me now. My youngest will be back in the lower 48 soon (he is stationed in Alaska) and then I will REALLY be happy !!

I'm loving the joy you are all sharing! Thank you. Hug, Elaine

I've had a lot to feel joyous about this past week and not just today so need to condense it all together. I had Sharon stay with us last week which was amazing, we had never met but felt like we had known each other for years and had a wonderful time:) I spent Sunday and today out with my daughter's, two really fantastic days and I'm grateful they are as much friends to me as daughter's:) xx

I burried my nose in the neck of my 6 month old niece. There is NOTHING like the sweet smell of a baby's neck. And the coo's and giggles... If the world could be filled with babies, puppies and kittens...mmmmm

I felt today that spring is right around the corner. I went out to the yard, and straightened out a bit, and bought some seeds. A day without a down coat is a beautiful thing.
