Hi MarciLyn and welcome.  I'm glad that your tumor was found in an early stage and wish you well with your treatments. There are many women who had triple negative tumors who are doing well after many years. When I was diagnosed in 1986, my tumor was "double negative"--in other words, it was ER/PR negative, but there was no triple negative diagnosis back then since HER-2 had not even been discovered yet. My oncologist believes that I was triple negative, however, based on factors such as my young age at the time. I will be 30 years out from diagnosis this year.

You have a great attitude and it sounds as though you have strong faith. I wish you all the best.
