This song has always just grabbed my heart ever since going through my Mom's cancer and stays with me always.  It still always connects me to her in an instant.   I was driving back from being with her for the weekend ( 3hour drive home) and it was snowing and this song came on the radio.  I had tears running down my face as I listened to it!!  There is so much depth and true heartfelt emotion in this song that speaks of my heart of that love you have for your Mom.

OMG. Music is definitely therapy! I have been singing in a group for seven years...www.singtolive.org. Check us out. I walked in the first four 3-Day walks and quit when they changed to the date to August, just can't train in the summer heat. Thought this chorus would be another great way to support breast cancer. We all get the benefit: survivors, family members, friends, and audience. If you live in the Chicago area, contact me. Survivors get FREE tickets to all our concerts.

gigin - get out of here unless you are a Survivor....this is not a place for you!

Sharon - so true....and people who needed help last night cannot get it because of these  AS*$*%ES blocking their posts.  Think about that today, people, some of you will need a place like this one day and you will remember....

Hello to all of you, my friends,  I guess these people don't like music either....lol.   I wish Komen could just delete them as they come on.  Such a waste of time but they live for this.  Yeah, they do need therapy!

I wanted to tell you that Snowball was at the Vet yesterday and everything checked out well. He was dehydrated as he isn't drinking water.  I still have to use the syringe which he "hates".  This whole thing was caused by the Vet refusing to leave him on the Prenisone that he has been on since he was 2.  They think he will be feeling much better by this weekend.  I sure hope so.

I hope all of you have a nice day.  Hugs,  Mary   PalsPals

Tina, so do I .  When I listened to it when Pat sent it to me I cried.  With all we had going on with our Kitty and everything else.....it just was what I needed to hear.  Love that song so much!

Are you watching the Super Bowl?  I know we are as Don wants to watch it.  My Son is having a Super Bowl party but we do not feel up to that.  They are young, noisy and a lot of them like to drink.  I would rather be here with Don and our Snowball!

watched the Superbowl and got angry.  I was in a football pool.  My numbers came up in the third quarter and then with 40 seconds to go they changed.  It was worth $500.00.  The same thing happened in the 4th.  All NY had to do was kick the field goal after the touch down.  But nooooooooooo!  That play was worth $2,000.00.  I know serves me right for gambling but I only bet $25.00 to start.

Marian, I have seen that one. Can't watch all of it today though... Since losing my friend Pam I'm experiencing raging survivor's guilt.

Monday's appointment with therapist just can't come quick enough.
